My activity stops recording, or the distance is inaccurate
In iPhone Settings, allow Runwalk location access to “Always” with Precise Location enabled, then turn off Low Power Mode.
I cannot see Apple Watch heart-rate data
Install Runwalk on Apple Watch and grant access to health data, then start a workout in Runwalk on Apple Watch or iPhone.
I want to import Nike Run Club or Strava activities
Each app must save its activities to the Apple Health app, and Runwalk must have permission to read health data.
I want to delete my account
Open the Account screen in the app's Settings and select “Delete Account.” If you cannot use the app, you can request deletion by email.
